How to locate your hardware address:

Preferred Method of Locating the Hardware Address (HWA)

Download and install FlowJo (no purchase necessary). If you have not yet done this, click here.
Run/open FlowJo. You should get the License Information screen (at right).
Locate the HWA in the lower left corner of the License Information screen. Use this address in acquiring a serial number.

Alternate Method for Locating the Hardware Address (HWA)

For Macs: Apple=>About this Mac=>(click) More Info=>(select from left pane) Network=>(select from upper pane) Built-In Ethernet =>look in lower pane for) MAC Address. Mouse over for a screenshot.

For PCs: Start=>Run=>type in " CMD "=>When Command Prompt opens, type " ipconfig /all " =>Look for Local Area Network Adapter and underneath that look for Physical Address. Mouse over for a screenshot.

Your hardware address is 12 characters long.
