This function creates a text report from a set of FCS files.

Currently, the report is neither customizable or exhaustive, but does contain some potentially useful information which might otherwise be harder to track. It will tell you information that can be used to manage disk space, instrument and operator time, and reagent usage.

The report contains three parts:

File Usage: This part lists how many files are in the set, and the amount of space they take up on the hard drive.

Collection Time Report: This part creates a listing of the begin time and end time information in the field of the FCS files. It sorts the list by the experiment, the operator and the cytometer and then computes the time spent on collection for each of those resources.

Reagent Usage Report: This section collates a list of each parameter and stain combination, and lists the number of files in the set that contain each combination.
