Process
Upon the inception of a contract with Tree Star, Inc. for data analysis, a Tree Star representative will meet with the contact person from the hiring company either in person or via internet based conference, and determine the work to be completed. During this interview the Tree Star representative may offer advice pertaining to the analysis, but the hiring company is responsible for deciding what work will be performed. The Tree Star representative will carry out the analysis however the hiring company instructs the work to be done, regardless of the opinion of the Tree Star representative pertaining to the correctness or quality of the work and/or data.
Cost
Tree Star charges a flat rate of $200.00 per hour for CDA.
At the completion of the interview the Tree Star representative will provide an estimate of the time required to perform the work and the cost of the analysis. The Tree Star representative will contact the hiring company if the cost exceeds the estimate by a pre-arranged percentage to explain the overrun and decide if further work should be performed or if the results should be submitted incomplete.
