FlowJo will NOT work properly in win95, win98, winNT, winME, OS8.x, OS9.x and OS10-10.2.7

If you are running one of the above Operating Systems, please update to OS10.2.8, 10.3.x or later, winXP, Win2K, or Vista.

Tips on Submitting a Bug Report:

  • Be as specific as possible.
  • Save a copy of the workspace that caused the bug (email the workspace and
    data files to flowjo@treestar.com or if the files are large upload them to our ftp site)
  • Write down the steps that you took just before the problem occurred.
  • If you can reproduce the bug, that is very helpful.
  • If your computer is working fine otherwise.
  • Recent changes in hardware/software, etc.
  • When FlowJo last worked correctly.
  • Is the problem specific to one computer or is it affecting several
    computers?
