FlowJo System Requirements

The basic system requirements are as follows:

Macintosh (running v8.x.x):

OSX 10.2.8 or higher
512MB RAM
1280x1024 (19 inch) screen
network connection

Macintosh (running v7.5.x):

OSX 10.5.x or higher
Core2Duo processor or higher
512MB RAM
1280x1024 (19 inch) screen
network connection

Windows:

Windows XP, Vista, Windows7
512MB RAM
1280x1024 (19 inch) screen
network connection

*In general, 1-3 Gigabytes (GB) of RAM is preferable when analyzing large data files (50-100MB), or large data sets (500MB-1GB).
