can be installed remotely by Tree Star, Inc. Information Technology (IT) department in cooperation with your site’s IT department. Alternatively, a JoData technologist can visit your installation to coordinate with the unique circumstances in your lab. During the installation testing is conducted continuously locally and remotely to ensure JoData is running properly. A member of the Tree Star IT department will schedule an installation date and time with the IT person at your institution In most cases JoData can be installed in one day.

With all your flow data in one spot, backup consists of a single automated operation. Offsite backup is encouraged.
