FlowJo can run on either a serial number or dongle. If you want a serial number or a new dongle, fill out the forms below. If you already have a dongle and you want to upgrade, read on...

Please note
If you are upgrading from a version 4, 5 or 6 USB dongle:
1. Download the newest version of FlowJo and launch it with your old dongle plugged in
2. Follow onscreen dongle upgrade instructions to send us the dongle ID
3. If you need to make a payment, come back here and order the FJUP46-USB from the form below.
4. Once we have your dongle ID and payment info, we will issue you an activation code which will be emailed back to you. Start FlowJo with your dongle installed and enter the activation code in the dialog that pops up.

IF you are upgrading from a version 3 USB/ADB dongle we will send you a new one:
1. Purchase an upgrade through this website.
2. Email your hardware address to cindy@treestar.com - she will send you a temporary serial number.
3. Download FlowJo's latest version from http://flowjo.com/flowjo.html and test it with your temporary serial number.
4. Once you can use FlowJo without the dongle, mail it to the office so we can mail you back the new one. Our address is:
