Welcome - to the new FlowJo Website. It has been extensively revamped to help you get the most out of the new Version 7 for PC (and Version 8 for Macintosh, soon to be released.)

The heart of our Website is the online manual. These are the same pages that appear when you use the Help menu and Help buttons inside FlowJo. The Manual menu button, above right, takes you to the Table of Contents for the Windows or Macintosh manual.

To help you get to know where you are on the site, we have a new site map, shown above. It recapitulates the content of the drop-down menus but you can see the big picture in one glance. Click on the miniature image to see it. You can always reach this map from the FlowJo menu button on every page.

Type v5, v6, v7 or v8 when you type a search, below right. The search results will favor the version you are using.
