Reference Manual

FlowJo is littered with help buttons throughout the application. Clicking on one of these launches a web browser to access the web page describing that topic. Or, you can choose help from the Apple or Help menu while running FlowJo to go directly to the main reference manual web page. Using a web browser, FlowJo gives you "context-sensitive help"--i.e., takes you to help information specifically regarding the operation you are currently performing.

In order for the help to work, you need to have enough memory available while running FlowJo such that Netscape or Internet Explorer can also run. For details, see the page on memory requirements.
