In the unfortunate event that your dongle "stops working", please do the following:
- Update your version of FlowJo. You can access downloads by clicking your icon, at right.
- Except for mouse and/or keyboard, unplug other USB devices (iPods, hard drives, etc.).
- Safely eject the dongle, restart the computer, plug the dongle back in and restart FlowJo.
