In the unfortunate event that your dongle "stops working", please do the following:
- Update your version of FlowJo. You can access downloads by clicking one of the operating system icons, at right.
- Except for mouse and/or keyboard, unplug other USB devices (iPods, hard drives, etc.)
- Safely eject the dongle and reset the preferences:
- Restart the computer, plug the dongle back in and restart FlowJo.
PC: Start > My Documents ... look for Flowjo7.prefs or FlowJo75.prefs .... delete, and then empty trash
Mac Finder > Using Finder, go to User > Library > Preferences > FlowJo Preferences.plist or com.treestar.flowjo.plist. Delete these, and empty the trash
