Your upgrade is free if you purchased FlowJo at full price within a year of a new version's release date. Your Invoice number is located on the invoice that was sent with your purchase documentation and on the Key Fob attached to your dongle (if purchased). If you cannot find it, please call/email us:

VAT Identification Number (VATIN)
For INTERNATIONAL customers only. The Value Added Tax number will determine whether or not additional tax or duty will be collected upon receipt of a purchase in the destination country. In many cases, businesses can be exempt from VAT. FlowJo LLC cannot calculate the tax that will be applied to your purchase and FlowJo LLC is not responsible for paying any tax or duty owed, nor is the tax or duty reflected in the final purchase price. As a courtesy to you, FlowJo LLC will add the VAT number to the shipping information for your purchase so that regulating agencies in your country can determine the appropriate tax to be collected.
 
 

To find the Dongle ID:


Mac:
- Open Mac Apple icon
- Open 'About This Mac'
- Click on 'More Info'
- Under 'Hardware', click on USB
- Under USB High-Speed Bus, click on USB Disk
- Look for 'Serial Number' - this is the dongle ID

PC:
-Right-click on My Computer
-Choose Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager > Disk Drive > find the USB drive and double click on it
-Click on the details tab (make sure that Device Instance is chosen) The Dongle ID will appear after the slash mark.
