 Unifying analyses.
Unifying group analyses.

You have chosen to unify the analyses belonging to a group. This means that for the selected node(s), the group's version of the gate will be applied to all the samples. Any special modifications that you have made to this gate in any of the samples in this group will be lost.

This will be done for all samples in the group. If you want to do this for only selected samples in the group, click on the gates in those samples, and then select the "Unify" menu option.

If you wish to avoid this confirmation dialog window in the future, click on the "always use the same answer" box at the bottom left--FlowJo will remember your answer for the duration of this FlowJo session (regardless of the Workspace). The next time you run FlowJo, this dialog will return.
