Deleting derived parameters

If you choose to delete these derived parameters, then FlowJo must delete any gates, statistics, or kinetics analyses that depend on those parameters. These will be removed from the workspace and any open windows based on those analyses will be closed. You cannot undo this operation.

If you wish to avoid this confirmation dialog window in the future, click on the "always use the same answer" box at the bottom left--FlowJo will remember your answer for the duration of this FlowJo session (regardless of the Workspace). The next time you run FlowJo, this dialog will return.

For more information about derived parameters, click here.
