| This information is for the resizeable
graph window style. You may choose, through the preferences
dialog, to select a default graph window style that is of three different
defined sizes. This window can be resized at will. If you click on
the "Zoom" box in the window title bar, then FlowJo will
automatically resize the window to one of three default sizes in which
the graph has a square dimension. Clicking repeatedly on the "Zoom"
box will cycle through 3 different default sizes.
There are two displays on this page. The first shows what sort of information is provided in the graph window; the second shows what sorts of controls are available to you.
