When you create more than one file by exporting data from several samples, FlowJo will create a new folder on your Macintosh disk in which it will put the new data files. You entered a name for a folder which already exists in the folder you selected for export.

To export this data, either select a different name for the export folder, or choose a different location in which to save the new folder. To get more help about exporting data, click here.
