Deleting group analysis nodes. You have chosen to delete the analysis nodes from a group. They have already been deleted. However, you are now given an option of what to do with the same nodes in the samples which belong to this group. If you choose "Yes", then these nodes will be retained in the samples. However, they will revert to being owned by the samples (i.e., they will be drawn in plain and black) since they do not belong to a group.
