Layout error: No populations in current group While iterating through all of the samples in the current group, FlowJo did not find one that had any of the graphs specified by the current layout. Therefore, no output was created. Remember, any sample that you want to show up in the layout must have the gates defined to which the layout refers Most likely, this error means that you have the wrong group selected.
