FlowJo Version 4 has a new feature allowing URL access to save and read workspaces and data files via FTP (i.e., remotely). Thus, you can analyze data anywhere in the world! And your workspaces can be accessible anywhere in the world, as long as you have a FTP server (for example, all Macs can be set to serve FTP).

Adding Remote Samples

Select "Add Samples from Network" from the Workspace menu. Type in the url and select data.

Opening Remote Workspaces

Select "Open Remote Workspace" from the File menu. Type in the url and select workspace.

Saving Remote Workspaces

Select "Save as Remote" from the File menu. Type in the url and save.
