Installation from CD

This document will guide you through the installation of FlowJo V7 from your CD.

Step 1: insert CD into your disk drive (shiny side down). In a few seconds, an auto-play menu will appear:

Please click Install FlowJo v 7.0. This will take you to the installation menu:

Please click Install FlowJo v 7.0, to launch the installer:

you will see the progress bar above. This step may take several seconds, or even a few minutes, depending on your computer. Eventually you'll see the introduction screen, click next:

Where would you like to install FlowJo? We recommend the default path C:\Program Files\FlowJo :

Choose shortcut screen allows you to place the shortcut for FlowJo into any place on your computer you like:

Pre-Installation summary screen shows the choices you made so far. You can always click Previous button and change them. Otherwise, click Install:

This progress screen will appear. This step may take a while:

Eventually you'll get the Install Complete screen. Now you can click Done.

If you are upgrading your version 5/6 purple dongle, you will need to update the dongle drivers. To do so please click here.
