Setting Cell Cycle Preferences

Select the Cell Cycle button in the Preferences tool to open the Cell Cycle preferences. Roll over the red dots for more information.

Choose to show your components and model sum and select colors for those attributes. Choose to make the Watson or Dean-Jett-Fox model your default. For more on the models, click here. The links will take to pages overviewing the Cell Cycle platform, provide tech notes and sample data and provide you with a variety of protocols and papers and research jump off points. Choose to set a default constraint fo the G1 peak (e.g. G1 equals .5 times the G2 peak or the CV of G2 equals .80 of G1 CV). For more on setting constraints, click here.
