- Define a Column Heading. Rows in the Table Editor become columns after the table has been generated. You can choose to hide a column completely in any generated table.
- Define a Column Type. Choose from three options:
- Statistic (shown at right): All statistics available in the Graph Window and Workspace are also available to be placed into columns.
- Keyword: All keywords associated with your FCS file are available.
- Formula: Insert a Reference value (another column heading) and then insert a function. Ratios of once column heading to another are often used. e.g. MFIpos ÷ MFIneg
- Choose whether or not to display your column values in Heat Map form, and/or to hide the values associated with the column and display only the colored heat map.
- If desired, apply Special Formatting. You can specify font characteristics (color and style) for values or value ranges of statistics or keywords. e.g. making all values that lie within 2 std. deviations of the mean red and italic.
