You can set up an analysis template to compensate numerous similar experiments. When you drop a new set of samples on the template they will be compensated automatically by the script generated by this tool.
To make a compensation script for your template, you must set up a typical workspace
with samples gated as positive and negative controls. Click here for instructions.
Once all of our control samples are properly gated and grouped, you can invoke the scripting platform.
On the Workspace menu click Windows/Open Compensation Editor: Click the Scripts button to open the Script tool. The first section defines which samples should be compensated, the second section defines which tube acts as control sample for each stain. The script you configure is automatically saved with the workspace or template. Mouse over the image below
