FlowJo allows you to add new parameters to your data by performing operations on existing parameters. We call these "derived parameters". Once created, they behave like parameters that were collected at acquisition. For background on Derived Parameters, click here.
Click Derived Parameters... in the Tools menu to open the Derived Parameters dialog below.
