Global Preferences

FlowJo supports the notion of a global preferences file. If your workstation is shared among multiple users (More on multiple users), you can place a single global prefs file with the serial number in one place, while all other individual prefs will be stored in the users' individual My Documents folder.

FlowJo global preferences file should be placed either beside flowjo.exe (by default c:\program files\ FlowJo 75\) or at the root of your boot volume (C:\ ).
