Preferences can be used to fine-tune FlowJo to your specific data habits. You can commit attributes like significant digits, lin/log scaling, and font sizes, among others. Usually preferences are set from the main Preferences panel, but there are also multiple convenient "Save state to prefs" and "Save" context operations. Select Edit > Preferences to open the Preferences Dialog in the Workspace, Graph window or Layout Editor. Click the buttons for more information on setting preferences.
