Setting Gates Preferences

 Select the Gates button in the Preferences tool to open the Gates preferences. Roll over the red dots for more information.
When you click a gate or a button to open the graph of a subpopulation, you can select what parameters FlowJo will use on the axes. Choose from this menu whether to display the default parameters you set in the Graph Preferences, or to match the parameters of the parent graph.
Check this box to save a second file beside the workspace file that describes the gates in the workspace using this industry-standard format. (Click for more info) Moves gates unchanged among compliant software.
