Select Sample from this menu to prepare the Layout Editor for batching. More batching options are described here. The Off setting prepares a static layout. If batching is set to a sample name, and a different sample is dragged in to the Layout Editor, this setting tells FlowJo to:
  1. Turn Iteration off
  2. Change the dragged sample to the one currently specified in the Layout
  3. Change the Layout setting to match the new sample
  4. Ask the user to choose
Check this box to include population name and statistic name when dragging a statistic into the layout. When unchecked, only the numerical value is shown in the layout. Check this box to open the Graph Window when you double click a plot in the Layout. When not checked, double clicking a plot opens the Graph Definition window. Page breaks are dotted lines in the Layout Editor that show the printable area of each page. If the layout will be printed, objects in the Layout Editor should not overlap page breaks.
