Setting Proliferation Preferences

Select the Proliferationbutton in the Preferences tool to open the Proliferationpreferences. Roll over the red dots for more information.

Fix the ratio of fluorescence between successive peaks. Define the CV (width) of each peak. Enter a value to normalize data for background noise. Proliferation tool allows this adjustment to be made per experiment. Use the unstimulated population as a reference to fix the zero point of the peak for the undivided population.
