Reset Preferences

To reset Preferences to factory default:

if you can start the program, do that first, then click Edit menu, Preferences, and then the Reset button.
if you cannot start the program, open your My Documents folder and remove the folder FlowJo75.prefs. FlowJo will generate a new folder with default settings the next time it starts.
