Save State to Preferences

While the normal way to commit Preferences changes is from the Preferences panel, various FlowJo windows allow you to commit preference settings to Preferences from a context operation "Save state to prefs" or sometimes simply "Save". Here are all the areas, and what they do:

Workspace (Edit/Save State to Preferences...): commits what columns (keywords) are shown, sort order.
Graph (Edit/Save State to Preferences...): commits background, foreground, plot type, smoothing, etc.
Batch (Table and Layout have Save and Appy buttons) Save, commits default destination and iteration settings to all layouts and tables, Apply commits default destination and iteration settings to current layouts and tables only.
Layout (Edit/Save State to Preferences...) records current state as the default Layout Preference.
Overlay Legend Dialog (Save button) records current state as the default Overlay Preference.
