To open the Table Editor click on the Table Editor button or choose Open Table Editor from the Windows menu of the Workspace. You will be presented with the Table Editor window.

To get statistics into the Table Editor, drag-and-drop your selected populations/statistics into the main area of the Table Editor. A new row will appear for each population/statistic added. Rows in the Table Editor become columns in the final table. Once the population/statistic has been added, FlowJo will show the following column information (to edit column information, double-click on a row for the Column Information dialog):

Column - This is the column number that will define the order (left to right) of the COLUMNS in the final generated table. The order of the ROWS in the final table will be set by the order of the samples in the Workspace and/or Group selection in the Workspace.
Population - Shows the name of the population that has been added, as defined in the Workspace.
Statistic
- If a statistic is added to the Table Editor, the name of the statistic will be displayed. If a population is added, the Frequency of Parent statistic for that population is added by default.
Parameter
- The parameter for which the statistic has been added will be shown here.
Name
- The name of the statistic that has been added will be shown here.
Discriminator
- If a discriminator has been chosen for the table, its value will be shown here (Sample, Panel, Keyword, etc.). For more on use of a discriminator, click here.
