Export Options in FlowJo

FlowJo makes exporting your data quick and easy. From almost every area of the program there is a way to get your data, plots or statistics out of FlowJo for use in spreadsheet, graphics programs, or various secondary software packages. The areas of FlowJo that have export options are below, along with the types of export they offer. Click on an area for more information on its export options. For most areas of the program your desired export option can be set in File Format preferences.
