You can set your export option for the Graph Window in File Format preferences.
Bivariate plots can be exported as pictures.
Univariate plots can be exported as pictures or as text for use in recreating the histogram in another program.
To copy a picture, right click on the plot and choose Copy Picture or choose Copy Picture from the Edit menu of the Graph Window. This will copy the currently displayed image to your clipboard. You can then paste the image into PowerPoint, Excel, Illustrator, ect.
To copy a histgram as text, choose Copy Histogram as Text from the Edit menu. This will copy the binned values of the data to your clipboard. You can then paste this into a spreadsheet program for recreating the histogram. Two columns will be pasted. The first is the fluorescence intensity value, the second is the number of events for that value.
You can also copy statistics generated from within the Graph Window to the clipboard for pasting into a spreadsheet program. Choose Copy Statisticsfrom the Edit menu once the statistics have been generated.
Images can also be saved out as individual files. Choose Save or Export to App from the File menu of the graph window, then save to your desired location.
