Close
Closes the graph window in focus.
Close All Graph Windows
Closes all graph windows.
Reset All Graph Window Size
Sets all open graph windows to the default size.
Reset This Graph Window Size
Sets the graph window in focus to the default size.
Save as...
Saves the image of the displayed plot in the file format set in File Format Preferences.
Export to App
Saves the image of the displayed plot in the file format set in File Format Preferences.
Print...
Opens the Windows Print utility including Page Setup.
Edit Menu

Undo
Cancels the last operation
Redo
Reinstates a undo operation
Clear
Deletes a selected gate.
Copy Picture
Copies the current plot to the clipboard for use in another program.
Copy Histogram as Text
Copies a histogram in text form, for recreating the histgram in another program. For more on this, click here.
Copy Statistics
Copies statistics generated from within the Graph Window to the clipboard for use in a spreadsheet program.
Copy Gate
Copies selected gate for pasting into the current plot or another plot.
Select All Gates
Selects all gates in the graph window.
Paste Gate
Pastes a copied gate into the current plot.
Add Statistic
Opens the Add Statistic dialog. Added statistics will appear in the Statistic area of the graph window and in the Workspace.
Preferences
Opens the main preference window where you can access the Graphs Preferences.
Save State to Preferences...
After configuring open windows to your liking, choose this option. It will record the current state of the window as the default. The next time you open the window, your preferences will prevail.
Copy X axis Parameter Data as text
Performs the same function as copying a histogram as text, but can be used when looking at a bivariate plot.
Display menu

Transpose Axes
Will switch parameter placement on axes (parameter on X goes to Y and vice versa).
Derive Parameter...
Opens the Derive Parameter platform for creating new parameters (defining new range, changing lin/log to log/lin, etc.)
Manually Enter Gate...
Opens the Manual Gate dialog where the coordinates for a new gate can be entered (rectangle or quad gates only).
Make Movie...
Opens the Movie Specification dialog where you can configure the parameter, frame rate, channels per frame, etc. of your movie before creating it.
Hide/Show Options
Will hide or show the Options, Active Gate and Statistics disclosure areas of the Graph Window.
Gating Tool
Choose from Arrow, Rectangle, Polygon, Ellipse, Range, Quad or Autogate gating tools.
Default Tool
Will default to your choice of Arrow, Rectangle, Polygon, Ellipse or Pencil for any subsequent graph window.
Sample Properties
Opens the Sample Properties dialog where sample information is displayed.
Display menu

Graph Type
Choose to display one of the following graph types: Contour, Density, Zebra, Pseudocolor, Dot Plot, Histogram or CDF.
Graph Options
Choose to show Contour Levels (for Contour plots), Smooth, or Show Outliers (Contour, Density, Zebra plots).
Use Scientific Notation
Turn the use of Scientific Notation on or off for axes numbering.
Use Large Dots
Will increase dot size for dot plots.
Show Gate Frequencies
For plots with gates, will Show/Hide gate frequencies.
Show Gate Names
For plots with gates, will Show/Hide the gate names.
Show Gate Medians
For plots with gates, will Show/Hide the gate medians.
Show Uncompensated Parameters
For compensated data sets, will Show/Hide the uncompensated parameters in the parameter selection dropdowns.
Show Event Parameter
The Event Parameter will display a simulated Time parameter, showing the distribution of events over even time slices based on start and stop times of acquisition.
Go menu
Workspace
Will bring the Workspace to front of screen.
Parent
When looking at a child gate or subpopulation, Parent will show the parent population a the gate or subpopulation. The up toggle arrow in the graph window will also perform this function.
When looking at a parent gate or subpopulation, Child will show the child population of a gate or subpopulation. The down toggle arrow will also perform this function.
Next Sample
Will display the next sample (at the same level in the gating heirarchy) in the sample list. The right toggle arrow will also perform this function.
Previous Sample
Will display the previous sample (at the same level in the gating heirarchy) in the sample list. The left toggle arrow will also perform this function.
Previous X
Will move up in the X parameter list one parameter.
Next X
Will move down in the X parameter list one parameter.
Previous Y
Will move up in the Y parameter list one parameter.
Next Y
Will move down in the Y parameter list one parameter.
Help menu
Clicking on any of the Help menu options will take you to a webpage with help on specific areas of the Graph Window. Click on a link below to be taken to one of those pages.
