Exporting Data from the Table Editor

Exporting your table is accomplished through the Export Table Generation window (at right). To get to this window, click on the Batch... button, or select your output option from the Output menu of the Table Editor.

1. From the Output Options, choose the destination for your table (FlowJo, Printer, Clipboard, Excel/CSV).
2. Select or deselect Auto Update Column Widths
3. Choose the group you want FlowJo to use for batching (All Samples, Current, etc.).
4. Select to show your final table in heatmap form.
5. Choose your iteration options (by Panel, by Keyword, etc.)
6. Click OK.
