3D Tool

FlowJo's 3D Tool displays three parameters of your FCS data simultaneously. Click here for a video tutorial of the features of this platform.

You can adjust the viewing angle by clicking and dragging with the mouse, or use sliders in the interface to rotate the display volume on X, Y, or Z axis. Label the axes and adjust opacity, color, scale and parameter to suit the data.
