• FJML commands to access the value for any gate vertex were added.
• Can define gates vertices using FJML formulas. (Histogram gates or polygon gates).
• Custom Transformation re-reads the data file to accommodate big negative values -- this makes transformation look more DiVa like without having to change the default width parameter.
• New option to hide LE overlay legend color / line style annotation (not a preference; it's in the graph specification dialog)
• The Progress Bar now reflects only the fraction of tasks remaining to be done rather than updating individually for each task (which just made it flash)
