What you will need:
In order to install FlowJo for Windows from the website, you will need the following:

the FlowJo for Windows installer - click here to get it.
a serial number - demo serial number page; purchased serial number page

Installer walk-through
The file you downloaded to install FlowJo is 25-35MB and is called install.exe

Double click this file to start the FlowJo installer. After the archive unpacks and checks itself, the first screen looks something like this:

click Next to view the License Agreement. You must agree to the License Agreement to proceed with the installation:

click Next to view the information about activating your FlowJo license:

Click Next to choose the destination for FlowJo. We recommend the default:

Click Next to choose where the FlowJo shortcuts should be placed. We recommend the default:

This is the default location of the FlowJo icon

Click Next to view the pre-installation summary:

Click Next to start copying files...

Installing...

After the installer completes copying files, it will open the demo registration page and the dongle installation driver installer:

You can cancel the dongle installer if you don't want to do this now. If you do want to install the dongle drivers now, go ahead, the FlowJo installer is on hold untilthe dongle installer finishes or exits:

After all parts of the installer have successfully completed, the last message is:

Install Complete
