As part of our commitment to research, FlowJo offers free FlowJo™  and SeqGeq™  licenses for researchers on the entire African continent who are enrolled with an African University and permanently located in Africa. The FlowJo Africa program provides one free username/password based or serial number licenses for as many two workstations per user.

*Every FlowJo user will need to fill out their own FlowJo Africa License request form.

• Option 1:
  • FlowJo Portal user based license grants a single-user access to FlowJo on up to four computers of the user's choosing, one computer at a time. The user based licenses requires a stable and reliable internet connection.
  • This option grants access to FlowJo versions 10.5.2 and higher + FlowJo version 11. This is the only licensing option for future versions of FlowJo.
• Option 2:
  • This is a legacy licensing option and it will not allow access to SeqGeq, FlowJo version 11 or newer versions of our software.
  • Each serial number based license is dedicated to one computer hardware address that FlowJo locates within the program. This option should be utilized if you do not have a stable internet connection and only need access to FlowJo version 10 or earlier versions of FlowJo.
  • Serial Numbers are not transferrable between computers.

In order to support our current demand for free licensing, users not enrolled with an African University will be offered a reduced permanent serial number license cost of $1000. If you are working in Africa and would like a FlowJo or SeqGeq serial number, please provide a physical address and we will send a PDF quotation for you to submit to your procurement department. We accept credit cards, wire transfers, and purchase order payments.
