Getting Started in FlowJo™ Software
New to FlowJo? No problem! We will walk you through getting your analysis set up in FlowJo and then analyzing your .fcs data.
We will be performing scheduled maintenance of BD Access Portal (formerly FlowJo Portal) licensing system, BD® Research Cloud and FlowJo™ Customer Order Center
on April 6th, 2026 from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. PDT / 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST.
During this time, you will be unable to: log in to FlowJo™, SeqGeq™, and Infinicyt™; access BD® Research Cloud and the Customer Order Center and create new FACS™ Workflow Manager licenses.
