How to Download and Sign into FlowJo™ Software
Welcome to FlowJo University! If you're just getting started this video will walk you through the basics of downloading FlowJo™ Software and signing into the program.
We will be performing scheduled maintenance of BD Access Portal (formerly FlowJo Portal) licensing system, BD® Research Cloud and FlowJo™ Customer Order Center
on April 6th, 2026 from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. PDT / 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST.
During this time, you will be unable to: log in to FlowJo™, SeqGeq™, and Infinicyt™; access BD® Research Cloud and the Customer Order Center and create new FACS™ Workflow Manager licenses.
