With an active FlowJo Portal license, you can use both FlowJo™ v10 and v11. If you don’t have a FlowJo Portal license, then create an account and try out v11 today!

  1. Create your FlowJo Portal account or login to FlowJo Portal if you already have an account to start your free trial 
  2. Activate your free trial
    • Click the “FlowJo Free Trial” button on the right side of the screen. 
    • Complete the trial request form
  3. Check your email: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your 30-day trial is activated.
  4. Click Download, select the appropriate download folder for your operating system and install the latest version of FlowJo.
  5. Login to BD Access Portal client, launch FlowJo and enjoy the new FlowJo v11 features.
  6. At the end of your trial period, go to our Customer Order Center and create your customer profile to request a quote.

Ask your IT if they use a Proxy server, and if so, the proxy info they provide can be entered into License Preferences. Email flowjo@bd.com if these actions do not work.

Note for macOS users: 
Make sure to choose the correct macOS-specific download folder. See the options listed below the download section. Click your Apply Icon on the top left corner of your MAC computer -> A white apple logo on a blue background
