With an active FlowJo Portal license, you can use both FlowJo™ v10 and v11. If you don’t have a FlowJo Portal license, then create an account and try out v11 today!

- Create your FlowJo Portal account or login to FlowJo Portal if you already have an account to start your free trial
- Activate your free trial
- Click the “FlowJo Free Trial” button on the right side of the screen.
- Complete the trial request form
- Check your email: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your 30-day trial is activated.
- Click Download, select the appropriate download folder for your operating system and install the latest version of FlowJo.
- Login to BD Access Portal client, launch FlowJo and enjoy the new FlowJo v11 features.
- At the end of your trial period, go to our Customer Order Center and create your customer profile to request a quote.

Note: Signing up for and activating a FlowJo Portal account will not automatically give access to FlowJo™ Software, but is the first step towards activating your license. Portal accounts are free and used to manage subscriptions to any of the software supported by the FlowJo team. A subscription to FlowJo is needed to activate your license.
Troubleshooting Note
Make sure to whitelist the following URLs (FlowJo uses ports 80 and 443):
- Serial Number: http://fls.flowjo.com
- BD Access Portal: https://bdaccessportal.com
- FlowJo Portal: https://cloud.flowjo.com
- Help Links (Documentation): http://docs.flowjo.com
FlowJo also pings the following URLs to determine if the user has access to the internet:
Ask your IT if they use a Proxy server, and if so, the proxy info they provide can be entered into License Preferences. Email flowjo@bd.com if these actions do not work.
Note for macOS users:
Make sure to choose the correct macOS-specific download folder. See the options listed below the download section. Click your Apply Icon on the top left corner of your MAC computer -> - > Select About this MAC -> Search either for Intel or Apple M-series chip -> Choose the appropriate MAC download folder per your chip requirements
