This goal of this update is to allow version 10 to make use of detector independent scaling
New Features:
- BD FACSDiscover™ Platform DSI scaling. FlowJo™ Software will now support Detector Scaling Independent (DSI) data, a means of normalizing parameters despite varied gain settings. For more information see the DSI technical bulletin, or the FlowJo documentation page on DSI.
- BD Spectral FXTM is now the default unmixing method rather than OLS for BD FACSDiscover data.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where unstable network connections could cause FlowJo to unexpectedly log users out and prompt them to sign in again, even with a valid license.
- Fixed an issue with the propagation of clone gates across samples in a sync'd group.
